Beginners -  Exclusively beginners only :)

If you are brand new to Personal Pole, please book a taster session first.

Improvers - To attend this class you must be able to perform a chair spin, back hook spin, peek-a-boo and inverted crucifix comfortably, all on BOTH sides.

Intermediates - Requirements for this class: Chair to back hook spin, no handed Gemini/Scorpio, butterfly, ariel invert, shoulder mount, laybacks (Cross or straight), these need to be performed comfortably on BOTH sides.

Mixed - To attend this class you must be able to invert, very comfortably, on both sides. You must have attended at least 12 pole classes. (at any studio)

In this class, everyone will be taught the same thing, but with different regressions/progressions to suit your current level.

Advanced -

You can only attend this class if one of our instructors has confirmed that you are ready for it.

We will require you to achieve the following points:

Attended regular pole classes (an average of at least 3 per month) for at least one year (at any studio) AND perform the following pole moves with ease:

Everything required for intermediates PLUS the following - Flatline scorpio, superman, ariel shoulder mount, Ayesha.

These must be VERY comfortable on BOTH sides.

If you miss 4 advanced classes in a row, please book on to a mixed, combo or private class to ensure that you still meet the requirements for advanced.

Combo Class - Beginner - Intermediate level one -

To attend this class you must be either beginners or level one intermediate.

Please read the requirements before booking as there are no exceptions:

You must have attended at least 12 pole classes (at any studio) to attend this class.

Move requirements - Fireman, and backhook spin need to be strong on both sides. You will also need to be able to hold a comfortable pole seat. (2 handed)

You will learn moves that will not be taught in beginners, such as laybacks and star gazer, but you will not be taught anything that requires an invert, so this is the perfect class for beginners who need a challenge.

You do NOT need an invert to attend this class

This class will build strength and stamina through linking pole moves together. You will learn different movement patterns by switching up the moves you link together and even the order that you put them in. This will keep your pole game evolving, helping you escape those same old movement patterns.

Combo class - Intermediate level two - Advanced -

To attend this class you must be level 2 intermediate or higher.

This class will build strength and stamina through linking pole moves together. You will learn different movement patterns by switching up the moves you link together and even the order that you put them in. This will keep your pole game evolving, helping you escape those same old movement patterns.

Flow -

Please read the requirements before booking as there are no exceptions.

You must have attended at least 12 pole classes (at any studio) to attend this class.

Move requirements - Basic spins such as fireman, chair and backhook need to be strong on both sides. You will also need fan kicks, although these don't have to be perfect, but you do need to understand how to do them.

You DO NOT need to be able to invert.

Fay will be teaching you flowing combo's, routines, and some elements of floor work.

Knee pads, socks and/or heels are essential!

Choreo class -

To attend this class you must be at improver level or higher.

In this class, Charlotte will be teaching you fun pole routines to some absolute bangers! You will learn pole choreography up, down, on, and off the pole - everything you need to build your confidence and understand all elements of pole dancing.

Heels Of Steel -

This class centers around learning how to pole dance in heels safely and confidently. Each class will start with a targeted mobility and conditioning warm up, specifically designed to help open up and strengthen areas that will lead to more fluid movements and cleaner lines. You'll then be led through a series of heels conditioning exercises to help build up strong ankle engagement and will then learn a piece of flow, consisting of standing, low pole and floorwork elements.

Heels are mandatory for this class, and we also recommend bringing knee pads. If you wish to practice pole dancing without heels, please see our Flow Class and Choreo Class options.

This class is suitable for all levels, except complete beginners. Please ensure you have attended at least 8 beginners classes before attending this class. In addition to this, students should be able to demonstrate a confident step around, pirouette, fireman spin, backhook spin and chair spin.

Personal Practice
£6

You must have attended 6 pole classes (with any pole studio) to attend this session.

This session is for you to come and practice without an instructor. It is a great time to practice moves you have learnt from class and nail them, create a routine or simply have fun and freestyle!

Please be EXTRA cautious and use the mats provided. If you happen to have the studio to yourself, it is HIGHLY recommended that you do not try anything new, dangerous, or anything that would require a spot. There is no instructor present but should you need assistance for anything, please contact Personal Pole.

RULES:

Personal practice is ONLY in the green studio.

Do NOT change the poles to spin/static, even if you’re a teacher and you know how to.

There will always be one on static and two left on spin, if they are not the ones that you would like, that’s tough sorry.

No outside shoes to be worn in the studio, please remove them before entering.

Pole heels are allowed as long as they have no chunky zips, no buckles, studs or any metal at all. The same goes for clothing.

Absolutely NO heels to be worn on the black pole. Bare foot only.

Remove ALL jewellery from fingers/wrists (this includes Fitbits) If your ring doesn’t come off - you cannot use our poles.

Clean your pole from top to bottom PROPERLY! A quick wipe won’t do. Scrub it with the cloth and spray provided until it is completely clean/dry.

Close windows, turn of plugs, put away, mats, even if someone is in before/after you.

Take your rubbish with you, don’t leave it in the studio.

If you break any of these rules, you will be banned from attending future personal practices.
